How does a tailor-made trip work?
It starts with a dedicated consultation: we listen to your ideas, dates and budget, then build an itinerary tailored to you. No rigid catalogues, just a journey designed around your interests, with support before, during and after departure.
When is the best time to visit Latin America?
It depends on the destination, since the continent spans both hemispheres. Broadly, May to September for Peru, Bolivia and the Andes, the southern summer (December to March) for Patagonia, and the dry season for the Amazon. We point out the ideal window for your itinerary during the consultation.
How much does a trip to Latin America cost?
There is no single price: it depends on length, destinations, service level and season. That is why we work with a personalised quote, so you only pay for what you really need. The ready-made itineraries on the site show a from price as a reference.
Do I need a visa for Brazil, Peru or Argentina?
For tourism, Italian and most EU citizens do not need a visa for Brazil, Peru, Argentina, Chile and most of Latin America, within the allowed stay and with a valid passport. We check the up to date requirements for your trip together.
Are flights included in the price?
Long haul flights are usually quoted separately, so we can choose the best option for schedule and budget together. The quote always states clearly what is included and what is not.
How far in advance should I book?
For the busiest periods (summer, holidays, Carnival, peak season in Patagonia) we suggest booking 4 to 6 months ahead to secure the best flights, lodges and guides. We also arrange trips at shorter notice: get in touch and we will see what is possible.
