What data we collect

Contact form: name, email, phone, destination, message and language you provide.

Newsletter: email address and, if provided, your name.

Browsing data: only with your consent, anonymous aggregated visit statistics (pages viewed, traffic source), an anonymous session identifier and your IP address in hashed form, never in clear text. No profiling.

Purposes and legal basis

Reply to your contact and quote requests (pre-contractual measures and consent).

Send you the newsletter with offers and itineraries (consent, withdrawable at any time).

Improve the site through anonymous visit statistics (consent).

Data retention

We keep data only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes. Newsletter data is kept until consent is withdrawn; contact requests up to 24 months, unless other legal obligations apply.

Recipients and providers

To run the service we rely on providers acting as data processors: Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, CDN and database) and Resend (email delivery). Some processing may involve transfers outside the EU, governed by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses). We do not sell your data to third parties.

Your rights

You may exercise at any time the rights under Articles 15-22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
